Weekend off – too much soap & a simple kindness

Lately I have been making a lot of soap.  Every weekend for the past couple of months, I have made a couple of batches.  My drying rack is full.

It will be another week before some of the soaps are fully cured and can “roll-off” the drying rack, making room for more.  I honestly don’t know what I will do with all of this soap, but I am thankful that I have several recipients who enjoy receiving it as gifts.

Since I found some time this weekend to spend some time with my husband, I wanted to post a little something different.    Earlier this week, my husband took the dogs out into the “back 40” for a walk.  he noticed there was a “weed” growing out there that looked like little baby roses.  He picked me one because he thought I might like it.
