- 2-3 Italian Sausages
- 3-4 Potatoes
- 1-2 Green (or colored) Peppers
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Sometimes you just want some gravy to turn an ordinary dinner into comfort food. You don’t have to make a ton of it. While not as good as good old-fashioned “meat drippings” gravy, this is my go-to recipe for a quick gravy.

Dissolve in warm water then add ice to equal 4 Cups. Put chops in plastic bag and pour brine in over them. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour but not more than 3 hours.
(everything should be chopped no bigger than a pea)
