Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Potatoes


  • 2-3 Italian Sausages
  • 3-4 Potatoes
  • 1-2 Green (or colored) Peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

In a glass baking dish, pour 1 Tbps olive oil and swirl around to coat the pan.

Decide how many of each ingredient you want to add depending on your family size and what they enjoy eating the most.

Place sausages into pan.

Wash, peel and cut Potatoes, Onions & Peppers.   Arrange Potatoes around sausages and layer the peppers/onions over the top. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.

Bake at covered at 425 degrees for about 30 minutes.    Remove cover and cook another 15 -20 minutes or until potatoes are soft and start to brown.  (Depending on the type of potatoes you use, you might need to put the broiler on for a few minutes to brown them at the end of the cooking time).
