Canned Potatoes with Dill and Lemon Pepper

(shown with grilled pork loin, broccoli and cheese, and honeydew melon balls)

Pork Loin Cheesy tatos brocolli melon


  • 2 cans sliced canned potatoes, drained
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • Dill Weed (to taste)
  • Lemon Pepper (to taste)
  • Optional:  Parmesean cheese


Melt butter in fry pan.  Add potatoes and fry until light brown.

Add salt, pepper, lemon pepper and dill.

If desired, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.

Fry until crisp.
